Children in Putumayo, Colombia, painted this "before and after" mural of what
U.S.-sponsored aerial fumigation has done to their homeland. Witness for Peace issued a
report about the extreme dangers of aerial eradication of coca crops and joined with 61
organizations to urge Secretary of State Powell to stop this aspect of the "war on
drugs."
